A: To receive a free registration you can:

If you can place a link to our site (or any of our products) on some well-visited website - we can give you free registration for WordTempl. The registration key received is valid as long as your site contains the above-mentioned link. We are not interested in getting links on sites containing warez, cracks, adult and illegal materials.
If you want to place link to our site - please send us a message specifying the address of your site, number of visitors/users, and a page where the link is to be placed. We will let you know if we are interested in this link and you will place it. After this we will send you your registration key.
2. Write an article or a blog post about WordTempl.
If you owe a blog or a site with articles - you can write article about WordTempl and receive free registration key. Before writing any article - please send us a link to your site.
Q: What is the upgrade policy?
A: All upgrades within a major release are free. If you license 2.x, you can always download the latest 2.x release free from the web site.
Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: Once you complete your order a page is displayed in your browser with full information on the process. The same information will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied when ordering. It is very important that you provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order.
All orders are processed for SMP-Soft by PayProGlobal, Inc. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayProGlobal as soon as they have processed your order.
Once PayProGlobal have processed the order it will be sent to SMP-Soft for fulfillment. You will receive a registration e-mail from SMP-Soft within 24 hours, normally a lot sooner. You don't have to download or install any additional software, you can enter your registration code into the evaluation version you are already running.
Q: I haven't received my registration e-mail, what should I do?
A: Check any spam filters that you have installed, it is possible that your registration e-mail was snagged by an errant spam filter.
If you are using a spam challenge system, check to see if your registration e-mail is waiting for confirmation. I do try and respond to spam challenges but it can delay the registration e-mail.
Make sure you supplied a valid e-mail address when submitting your order.
If you have not received your registration e-mail within 24 hours, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
